  21. This selection allows you to set a velocity for a group of points.  The
  22. points are selected through the use of a freehand area.  This is a nice
  23. feature for setting only one portion of the images points to a hogher or
  24. lower velocity.

  32. This will take the curves and vectors, in a selected freehand area, and
  33. demote them.  Curves will be demoted to vectors, and vectors will be demoted
  34. to points.
